PARENT ADVISORY ASSOCIATION

Our highly engaged and committed Parent Advisory Association (PAA) is a deeply valued part of the Horse Hill community. Through the fundraising society's dedicated work, Horse Hill has benefited from enhanced access to technology, teaching and learning resources, and exciting learning enrichment opportunities for students. The PAA's fundraising initiatives consistently support quality learning for all students and promote safe, caring learning environments.

The PAA operates throughout the school year. All parents/guardians are encouraged to attend the monthly meeting. By becoming involved, parents/guardians provide valuable input, gain insight, and better understand educational programming and the overall community partnerships.  If you would like a better understanding of school operations and the educational process, please get in touch with the school office or attend one of the monthly meetings.

 The Horse Hill  PAA supports have included, and are certainly not limited to, the following:

• funding cultural and fine art performances
• year-end BBQ, holiday pancake breakfast, and hot lunches
• fundraising for technology, literacy supports, school-wide activities, and field trips
• physical education equipment 
• classroom resources for Makerspace and STEM activities
• supporting Artists in Residence programs
