Principal's Message

 

Welcome back to school!  As the memories of summer begin to fade and we get ready for the seasonal changes, we find ourselves settling back into the comfortable routines of school-time.  It is with great anticipation and excitement that the staff prepares for this year’s educational journey with you and your children.

 

Horse Hill’s staff is personally committed to meeting the learning needs of all students through programs which reflect academic rigor across every discipline.  Our goal is to create lifelong learners who use their knowledge, individual strengths and talents to fulfill their personal mission.  Our journey to success has no final stop.

 

In order for children to excel, they require an environment that encourages them to take risks in their learning.  Our staff works together to create a nurturing environment so that students can take risk without anxiety, can think critically, and are encouraged to ask questions about their learning and their world.

 

Please review this handbook at home.  We will discuss it with our students at school, and have a short version of much of the same material in our student agendas.  If at any time you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the school.
